Supplier Registration

All Vendors wishing to do business with Distilleries Company of Sri Lanka PLC. Shall be registered with DCSL for being eligible to participate for Quotations, tenders issued by Distilleries Company of Sri Lanka PLC.

1. All prospective suppliers should sign, stamped and submit the duly filled Supplier Registration Application.
2. All prospective suppliers should submit the requested documents (if applicable) mentioned in the check list with the duly filled registration form.
3. If any prospective supplier unable to submit all requested documents, please give reasons as to why documents will not be submitted.
4. The last page of the application should be signed by authorized signatory and the company stamp should also be placed.

List of documents to be submitted along with the online registration

• Certified Copy of Business Registration/ Certificate of Incorporation (mandatory)
• Certified True copy of Form 20 (Latest) / Copy of NIC for Partnerships/ Proprietorship (mandatory)
• Copy of NBT Registration
• Copy of VAT Registration
• List of Major Customers
• Letter Confirming Bank Details
